FREE Consultation (schedule here!)

Two-three Prenatal Visits- to discuss birth preferences, comfort measures, postpartum support plan, etc.

Attendance to one prenatal exam with provider (if desired)

Assistance with birth plan creation

Access to my library of birth books and a list of resource referrals, if necessary

Weekly check-ins beginning in Week 37 of your pregnancy

On-call labor support beginning in Week 38 of your pregnancy

Continuous labor support- from the onset of active labor

Postpartum and breastfeeding support (if desired) immediately after birth

Three-four Postpartum Visits- to identify and implement any needed support, discuss the birth, etc. 

Meal train organization

Assistance with Postpartum Plan Creation

Access to my library of postpartum and parenting books and a list of resource references, if necessary

Initial contract covers six visits over six weeks (i.e. three visits for the first three weeks, two visits for the next two weeks, and one visit on the last week)

Mel-prep in your home

Light housekeeping

Grocery shopping

Assistance with infant feeding (establishing latch, assisting with paced bottle feeding)

Supporting older siblings

Meal train organization

Retainer Fee (due at contract signing)- $500

Birth Doula Fee (includes Retainer fee, due before second prenatal visit)- $700

Meal Train Organization- $40

Out of Area Fee (Caldwell, Payette, Fruitland, Mountain Home)- $100

Consultation- FREE

Daytime: $25/hr

Overnights: $30/hr
